Extra Charges

Extra charges shall apply as follows:

1. Should an existing circuit be found to be inadequate or at capacity dedicated circuit charges shall apply.

2. Extra wiring shall be charged at $8 per metre

3.Surface Mounted conduit shall be charged at $12 per metre including the wiring.

4. "Duct" shall be charged at $25 per metre including wiring.

5. Extra refrigeration pipe work shall be charged at $40 per metre including installation.

6. Extra refrigerant shall be charged at $60 per kilo. Applicable only for installations over 8m.

7. Concrete core holes as required shall be charged at $280 per core hole.

8. Extra holes (more than two, which are included in the base package) shall be charged at $30 per hole.

9. Craneage as required shall be charged at $450 per lift in the metropolitan area, subject to an inspection and review of any council fees applicable.

10. Travel time (outside the 70km perimeter) to an from the location of installation shall be charged at $78 per hour.

11. Should a cancellation be effected travel time back to base shall apply from all locations.
