Solar and Battery installer – to manage a small residential installation team
Electrician – for varied work including new house builds and event set up.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will require a flexible attitude and be open to working in multiple locations across the week. You will have direct contact with our clients and their customers, and respect and professional conduct are a must for this role. The main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Deliver safe, high-quality electrical installations.
- Work directly with customers, providing clear, professional communication.
- Coordinate and oversee other trades, labourers, TAs and apprentices when required.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and standards.
- Liaise with customers and contractors, manage site handovers and documentation.
- Provide progress updates to the team and management.
- Be available for occasional shift/weekend work and short trips away (typically 1–2 nights).
About You
Along with a strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:
- 2–5 years’ experience post-apprenticeship (ideal).
- Practical understanding of solar installations.
- Strong knowledge of QECM and AUSTRALIAN Electrical Standards.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation and testing.
- Ability to lead and humbleness to be learn from others you work with.
- Residential rough-in and fit-off experience.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work across multiple locations through the week.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Open Electrical Licence – QLD
- Australian work rights - essential
- Knowledge of statutory requirements
- Current driver’s licence (QLD/AUS)
- Construction White Card
Highly regarded (not essential):
- Solar SAA Accreditation (or be willing to obtain)
- ARC Refrigerant Handling Licence
- RIIWHS204E – Work Safely at Heights
- HLTAID009 – Provide CPR
- UETDRRF004 – Perform rescue from live LV panel
- Light rigid truck licence
